Jinlonghang Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. was established on the basis of a small-size mill in 2002. Thanks to the hard efforts of Mr. Xiong Juneng, Chairman and General Manager of Jinlonghang, along with all staff members, the previous mill has now developed into a large-size Group made up by six wholly owned subsidiary companies with overall assets of more than RMB 100 million. Its business ranges is also enlarged from processing to printing and dyeing of knit fabrics, home textiles, logistics and foreign trade. In regard of management, Jinlonghang always persists in “Human and cultural management” by adopting all means to promote its characteristic value theory and management while establishing its own enterprise culture to unify the staff, standardize management and set up the enterprise system. In May 2007, the Group started to publish an inside journal “Jinlonghang News”, which became another platform for promoting the communication between the enterprise and staff and the society. With the help of “Jinlonghang News”, the Group can immediately publish all important decisions, notices and execution process, as well as any model persons and matters found in its reform and daily operation. The journal is aimed at advocating the enterprise’s value theory, praising pioneers and encouraging lack-behinders while building the enterprise culture featured of “Hard-working, responsible, endless study, innovation and harmonious win-win”.
